Flat, empty, and boring.
Water Table
The water table is awfully light and very patchy. You'll have your choice of where you want to put your water towers, but conservation is going to be key on this one.
Resources
Two tiny coal deposits and two tiny oil fields. Not a whole lot, but money nonetheless.
Usable Land
The highway cuts straight through the middle of the map and then falls off the edge of the world. It must be nice to be so close to limbo. Rail access is nearby the highway on the eastern border. There is nothing to interfere with your grand plans on this one.
