Rumor has it that at game launch there will be a total of eighty different locations where you can host your city broken apart into ten regions. Each regions contains a different number of locations -- accommodating a different number of players.
Region View: Cape Trinity
At the beginning of the game, you select a region (based on the numbers of players/cities) and then the location you want to host your first city. In addition to the locations, every region has one great works area that is accessed later in the game. I cover great works in another section (conveniently, I've called the chapter "Great Works").
