Elevation and Terrain
This is a quirky looking site. You have the main highway that drops you off inside a small depression, but there's two ramps to get out of it so you won't need a bridge. On the opposite (east) side of the map, you'll find another depression and a small mesa in between them.
Water Table
This is a really nice level in terms of water. All the deep water deposits are on the south side of the map out of the way of the main areas where you'll be building. You can drop some water towers down here and then pipe the water into the city to the north. I would put the industrial center right at the entrance from the highway -- as the water table there shows zero water.
Resources
Metal, metal, everywhere! The entire north side of the board is covered in metal. The mesa is also home to a small coal deposit.
Usable Land
There is zero water access and the abrupt changes in elevation will make this one of the harder city sites that you play. However, on the plus side there is a fantastic rail access and tons of metal.
